Daily Fitness Motivation - October 22

Fitness Motivation:
When I don’t want to workout…
I think about a few words that get me REALLY focused.
I think heavily about the word:
DISCIPLINE.
For it is in discipling our natural desires to
eat sugar versus vegetables..
sleep instead of work…
give up instead of enduring…
That helps us succeed.
I think of the word:
PERSISTENCE.
For it is in persisting when things get
difficult.
challenging.
depressing.
